Meet David Wiesner—award winning illustrator and author of children’s books. The questions for this virtual interview were created by book-loving students at Bahia Elementary School in San Rafael, California. Mr. Wiesner’s responses will introduce your student to his books’ titles, famous characters, magical settings, and imaginative illustrations. Some tales come to life without words and invite young readers to create their own storyline by looking closely at details and settings of illustrations.
