What’s so special about July? Besides fireworks on the fourth, July boasts another distinction—it’s red, white and national “blueberry” month! These tasty round morsels ripen in the hot summer sun and are ready for picking this month. Naturally sweet and tasty, blueberries are also packed with fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, manganese, and potassium making them a top choice for nutritionists and smart kids!
