Here’s an innovative project from Krokotak that will take time and organization, but the final product is both fulfilling and pleasing. The idea is to make pictures using bottlecaps—a great way to recycle those caps that we discard all the time.
The website features murals of animals but if you are not that ambitious, there’s no need to make a picture so large. First make a collection as large as you can of clean plastic bottle caps in a variety of colors. The images of animals and birds are first painted on board and then students can glue the caps in place.
