A world of wonder exists within your own body where organs work hard every second of every day to keep you healthy and strong. One essential organ—your kidney—actually comes in a set of two! This vital body part filters impurities from your blood and helps get rid of things you don’t need inside. If one of your kidneys shuts down, the second can come to the rescue to keep you growing safely. Although no larger than your fist, they kidney plays a mighty and vital role in survival. You can help your kidney flush out impurities by drinking adequate amounts of fresh water each day. A healthy kidney is a happy kidney, and a happy kidney will keep you happy, too!
