It doesn’t take long to spot unsightly trash on the side of the roads, in public parks or on the streets in most communities. Litter has been around for a long time and is evidence that past generations have not been as environmentally conscientious as we hope this generation will be. It’s time to solve this unhealthy problem once and for all! By ridding our streets, parks and yards of trash that does not decompose, we are contributing to a healthier world on land and sea. Unchecked litter can get into our waterways and clog nature’s natural flow or cause unsuspecting animals to choke and die This issue looks at the responsibility we all share as stewards of the planet to protect our earth and its inhabitants now and for generations to come.
