Rainbows arc across the skyline after a refreshing rain to brighten the days and splash the horizon with color. Rainbows powerfully evoke reactions from wonder and awe to joy and appreciation. This issue uses rainbows—with their array of colors—as a metaphor for the vision Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. had for a better world. Dr. King championed a dream where people of all races blend together in peace and harmony like the colors resplendent in a rainbow. His memory is honored every year on the third Monday in January. Brighten your day and life with the words of Dr. King and the rainbow of people that surround you!
