It wouldn’t be the holidays without toys—lots of toys everywhere you turn. Christmas is the perfect season for caring and sharing. Toys for Tots, started in 1947 by a U.S. Marine, has donated, collected and distributed millions of toys to children over the years. This issue highlights the history of this organization and reinforces the civic virtue of community helping community. Spread some cheer—the holidays are here!
