½ cup plain yogurt or low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 10-ounce box of frozen peas
1 cup salted peanuts
¼ cup grated red onion
Mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar and grated onion.
Gently stir in the peas and nuts.
Chill for about an hour. Then, munch with friends!
